Plot
Twelve jurors are locked in a room to decide the fate of a young man accused of murder. If they find him guilty, he will get a death sentence. When they take their first vote, it is 11-1 for guilty. The lone holdout (Fonda) wants to do the job of looking and discussing all the evidence before sentencing a young man to death. |
Pros
This is simply an amazing film. The jury consisted of men from all backgrounds and social standings. Sit back and watch how prejudices and agendas affect the jurors and how, bit by bit, they unravel. |
Cons
It could have been a longer movie. |

Recommendation
This is one of those "Must See" classics and shows how our legal system is "suppose" to work. This is proof that a good movie can be made without CGI and over-the-top fight scenes. |
