An alcoholic hit man (Kingsley) is forced to leave his home in Buffalo for a new home in San Francisco to dry out. While working at a funeral home, he meets and falls for the step-daughter of one of the deceased. She helps him to get back to normal.

Ben Kingsley and Téa Leoni are outstanding as always and there's enough dark humor in this film to satisfy everyone.

Even though this movie includes the mob and a hit man, there is very little action. I'm sure there are a lot of people that will consider this film boring.

This is an entertaining film that doesn't take all night to watch. If you like dark humor, this is a must. If you're hunting for an action shootem up film, look elsewhere.
