The NSA is loosing agents and has decided on a different recruiting methodology; fight criminals with criminals. So, they recruit an extreme sports star (Diesel) to go to the Europe to infiltrate a terrorist organization.

Lots of action, Vin Diesel being cool and the very lovely Asia Argento.

This is nothing more than a brain-dead action flick geared mostly towards youth and fans of the X-Games; hence the PG-13 rating and anti-smoking messages.
