Everyone knows the story of the battle between the Spartans and Trojans that was started when Helen left Greece for Troy. The Spartans attack Troy and they achieve success due to a wooden horse.

This is a movie done on a grand scale with large battles and lots of special effects. In other words it really looks good. If you like seeing Brad Pitt running around in a leather skirt, and sometimes much less, then you will want to watch this film multiple times.

There's really nothing special about this film. The acting is dry and there isn't anyone to really care about. And for a film with all the battles, it is fairly bloodless.

This is an over-priced action movie that provides some entertainment but fails to deliver something truly memorable; we should expect more from a film that runs for over 2.5 hours.
