Colonel Rico is called in to save the day against the enemy bugs for an almost suicidal mission to save some people stranded on a bug planet.

There are tons of action/violence, lot's of cheesy comments and some very lovely ladies willing to show off their "assets".

For those people that didn't get the satire of the the original Starship Troopers, and apparently a lot of people didn't, they spread it on so thick in this film that even the densest of people couldn't help but see it. Be forewarned, it can get tiring.

If you're a fan of the first movie, you'll definitely want to check this out. If you have a Blu-Ray player, I would suggest renting it as opposed to dropping down $30 (at the time of this writing) for it. The regular DVD can already be found at a below average price and this will drop quickly over time.
