A veteran and highly trained soldier (Russell) is left for dead on a mostly deserted planet after being defeated by the new and improved genetically engineered soldier (Lee). Later he must defend himself and a group of survivors he befriends from the same genetically engineered soldiers.

Fun movie with great visuals including the lovely Connie Nielson.

Highly predictable.
