A courier with a gambling habit is assigned to bring a diamond back to the states from London. Needless to say he doesn't succeed. Throw in unlicensed boxing, the American and Russian mob, bumbling criminals, dishonest bookies and a Pikey (Irish Gypsies) boxer and you have an entertaining storyline.

Great acting and a very unique/original storyline with lots of violence and sarcasm. I love the humor but I'm certain that this is an acquired trait. It also has a good soundtrack including a song by Madonna (go figure since Guy Ritchie is her husband).

There are times where you can't understand a damn thing they're saying. On top of that, it's a rather confusing film that more than earned its 'R' rating.

The more times I watch this movie the better I like it. If you can appreciate sarcasm and Tarantino flicks (minus the gratuitous blood and gore) you will like this film. If not, you will want to look elsewhere. After all is said and done, it has a wonderful ending.
