Plot |
A serial killer with 666 victims is captured and sentenced to death by the electric chair. The law, according to this film, is if the killer survives after three 45 second jots of 10,000 volts, he/she has to be released. Oh, by the way, the chair is known to be faulty so you'll never guess whether or not the killer lives. The cops, determined not to let him go, decide to bury him alive instead.

Pros |
There's an 18 minute short film on this disc called "Criticized" about a movie maker's revenge on a critic; no doubt a message from the much criticized creator of this film. It is really good! |
Cons |
Wow, where to begin without causing my fingers to go numb due to excessive typing. So, for medical reasons, I'll keep this short. The actions taken by the police in this film are ludicrous. The film is shot primarily in the dark. For shock value, the film starts with footage obtained by PETA of animals being cruelly tortured; absolutely disgusting for animal lovers like myself and totally unnecessary. The acting is terrible; this might be due to the fact that this film was made in a hurried and short time so everyone just mailed it in for a quick check. And talk about false advertising, there's a girl in a red dress on the front and back cover, she's carrying a knife on the latter; she's never even in the film. |
Extras |
- Audio Commentary by Director Uwe Boll (there was no way I was sitting through the film a second time)
- "Behind-the-Scenes" Featurette (It sucks like the film)
- Delete Scenes (I didn't bother with them, I suspect if there actually was a good scene shot this is where you'll find it)
- Trailers
- "Criticized" - A short film about a filmaker and a critic (the only redeeming item on this disc)
- The PC Game "Advent Rising" on Disc 2

Recommendation |
I'd rather spend an entire evening watching the three other Uwe Boll movies I have back-to-back than to sit through this one again. The only reason to borrow this disc is to watch the short film that came on it. This film could have been good but I guess Mr. Boll wasn't interested in taking the time to make it so. |
