Tons of blood and gore. If you're dying to know what an autopsy might look like up close and personal in full color you're going to love the first part of this film.

Little to no storyline; it feels as if everything is just thrown together without any great thought or planning.

This made a ton of money so expect some more sequels; hopefully they'll take more time with them because this movie felt rushed. Fans of the movie franchise will know what to expect and whether or not they like it. If you haven't seen any of the previous three you will need to do so first; otherwise you won't have a clue about what's going on.
