The government is playing with biological weapons and, as usual, it goes wrong. A virus is spread through an underground facility and a team is sent in to investigate.

Plenty of gunplay and gore to go around for everyone. These are some of the most aggressive zombies on film. Last but not least, watching Milla Jovovich kick ass in a miniskirt and boots is a major bonus; at least for us guys.

The plot is not very original, it required characters to suffer amnesia for suspense, and the story was obviously left wide open for a sequel.
