Plot |
It's 18th century America and the British and French, with the help of local Indian tribes, are at war. A white man raised by the Indians and his two Indian brothers rescue the daughters of a British colonel and find themselves in the middle of a conflict they didn't want.

Pros |
This is a great story filmed in some very beautiful country. The movie flows smoothly and the soundtrack is amazing. If you have a good sound system this movie will rock your house when the fighting begins. I'm hoping they get around to releasing this on Blu-Ray. |
Cons |
This is not a flashy movie, it's more like a living documentary. Don't expect a lot of special effects or non-stop action; expect a lot of drama. And what's with the complete lack of extras? |
Extras |
- Natta, nothing, not one thing.....

Recommendation |
I do not remember this movie being in the theaters; the main reasons I picked it up was because Daniel Day-Lewis starred in it and I like period movies. This is definitely a gem of a movie and should be a part of everyone's DVD collection. |
