A woman leaves the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad to have a baby and start a family. The leader of the organization is not pleased and attacks her, her fiancé and everyone else at the church during the rehearsal. Even though she gets shot in the head at close range, she does not die and wakes up from a coma four years later in a hospital bed. She's pissed and won't rest until she has revenge against her boss and the four cohorts working for him that attacked her. This is part one of her revenge.

This is a Tarantino film so you know you can expect the following; intelligent dialogue, colorful language, strong individual performances and a killer soundtrack. With this film he also throws in gallons and gallons of spewing blood; so much so that it's comical as opposed to gross. Quentin also decided that bright colors were going to be very prominent throughout this film; your HD TV is going to love this.

Instead of having one really good but long movie, this is part one of two of what turns out to be a four hour feature so you'll have to watch part two to see how it ends. Some people have a hard time sitting still this long for a film.

Yet another very good Quentin Tarantino addition to the movie world. If you love over-the-top fight scenes using samurai swords then you're going to be very happy watching Uma kick butt against close to one hundred opponents. You'll want to set aside four hours and watch this and its sequel back-to-back.
