An eccentric billionaire (Attenborough) creates a new theme park on an island that consists of dinosaurs that have been brought back to existence through DNA. He invites some experts (Dern, Goolbloom, Neill) to sign off on his park as being safe. There is another side plot concerning a theft that doesn't really amount to much.

Cool looking dinosaurs.

There's really nothing else to this movie than cool looking dinosaurs. And listening to Goldbloom's character preach and whine gets old after awhile.
