A wide variety of strangers get stranded at an out of the way motel in Nevada due to a rain storm (an actress and her ex-cop driver; a cop & his prisoner; a set of parents and their son; a hooker; two newlyweds; and the motel owner). One-by-one they end up dying.

You can look forward to a lot of suspense intermixed with gore and plot twists. I loved the ending. The acting was superb throughout the cast.

It is shot entirely at night in a storm hence it's always dark; I would have hated to work on this film. Once the story started to sort itself out, the final scene was very predictable.

This film grabs your attention and doesn't let it go until the very end; if you're a fan of Hitchcock you'll want to check this out. This is not a film for people that are inclined to having bad dreams.
