Plot |
The army is back in "Sector 16" where the last group of people disappeared in the original (at least the remake of the original). What do the mutants have to toy with now? How about a bunch of rookie National Guard troops preparing for a tour in the Middle East.

Pros |
Gore and pretty ladies pretty much sum it up. Half of the movie takes place outdoors which includes some stunning pictures of the surroundings. |
Cons |
The script was completed in under two weeks and it shows. And as you should have guessed from above, the last half of the movie takes place in caves where you can't see shit (this does save money on special effects). The dialogue was appropriately crappy but I thought most of the actors did the best they could with what they had. |

Recommendation |
This is ONLY for diehard horror fans that just love movies where mutants are hunting humans. This is a 90 minute brain dead film that could have easily been cut down another 10-15 minutes without losing anything. At best this is a "B" movie that the creators thought would be much better. |
