Plot |
The movie opens with a gentleman running from two guys in a car. Push comes to shove and he makes it to a hospital with some help from a gas attendant. While in the hospital and clutching a Halloween mask, he rants about how "they're going to kill us" and shortly there after is murdered. His very lovely daughter starts to investigate his death with the help of the doctor that treated him. What is it about those masks?

Pros |
This is an average horror movie with its fair share of eeriness, gore, moments that will make you jump and eye candy (the lovely Stacey Nelkin). |
Cons |
According to IMDb, John Carpenter planned to make a new Halloween movie each year as opposed to continuing the Michael Myers theme from the previous two films. Viewers were expecting that due to the title which causes most reviews for this film to be very low; hence all future Halloween movies were about Michael Myers. And, after awhile, the music that plays during the commercials on screen will get annoying. |

Recommendation |
If you're a horror fan you'll enjoy this movie. If you simply want more of Michael Myers, skip this film and move on to the others that followed. |
