Plot |
Since " The Grudge" was a financial success, there just had to be a sequel. This film picks up where the original left off. Karen is in the hospital and her sister flies to Tokyo to see her and figure out what is going on.

Pros |
The story remains much the same with a little more background information on the people that this curse started with. The special effects are still creepy and they are expanding this movie/curse to people living in the United States. I suspect the next film, yes there is a third one, will take place entirely in the US. |
Cons |
There's nothing really new in this film; it's still the same creepy special effects as the original. If you're a Sarah Michelle Gellar fan don't expect much out of this movie, she's only in it for a handful of minutes. |
