Plot

A group of thieves head to Mexico to pull off a job. Along the way they run into a bat or two.

Pros

It's a vampire movie with sufficient quantities of blood, gore and nudity.

Cons

No Tarantino, Rodriguez, Clooney, Marin, Lewis, Keitel or Marin. Don't expect the same quality of story and filming as the original. It's too bad that Bruce Campbell couldn't have played a more prominent role.

Extras

  • None

Recommendation

The first time I watched this movie a number of years ago I thought it was crap. I was unfairly comparing it to the original. If you keep in mind that this is a straight-to-video horror movie you shouldn't be too disappointed.
