An unhappy office worker that suffers from insomnia (Norton) meets up with a soap salesman (Pitt) that teaches him that material items do not equate to success or happiness.

This is a very unique story with a wonderful cast of actors. I'll watch any movie that either Ed Norton or Helena Bonham Carter stars in. And one of the most memorable characters was played by Meat Loaf (yes, Mr. Bat Out of Hell). Throw in a lot of action, some good fights and a story full of twists and turns and you have a very entertaining movie.

"You can swallow a pint of blood before you get sick." This is a violent film with a dark story so it's not for everyone.

I suspect the vast majority of fans that love this film are males. This is one of my all time favorite movies. To really appreciate this film, you will need to watch it more than once.
