Plot |
Members of a S.W.A.T. team and some TV people escape from a city ravaged by zombies and find themselves trapped inside of a mall. Zombies are everywhere which leads to a lot of fun and gore.

Pros |
This is the second George Romero zombie film, ten years after " Night of the Living Dead". The majority of this film takes place somewhere that everyone can relate to; a shopping mall. Who wouldn't want the free run of a shopping mall (minus the undead of course)? |
Cons |
The acting isn't stellar but it isn't bad either. Some of the decisions that the actors make will cause you to shake your head. Towards the end when hoods were humiliating the zombies is even more than I could take. This movie would have been better if the last 30 minutes would have been rewritten. Oh, by-the-way, the soundtrack is really bad. |

Recommendation |
If you're into zombie flicks then you'll want to check this out though there are better ones out there including the 2004 remake. |
