Plot

This movie portrays the events that happened in Hitler's bunker the last couple of weeks before he committed suicide.

Pros

First and foremost, the performance Hopkins gives as Hitler. It's obvious that he studied a lot of film to mimic Hitler's mannerisms. From the books that I have read on the subject, the events that occur in this film are factual.

Cons

This is a 25 year old made-for-TV movie. Not only is it full screen, but the colors and sound leave a lot to be desired. If you want to watch a more modern version of this film, check out "The Downfall".

Recommendation

This movie is limited to those people who are interested in this event in history. This movie was not made to entertain though Hopkins certainly does.
