Plot |
Lots of dark humor and a very good back story concerning Elvis and how he got into the nursing home. Campbell does an excellent Elvis impersonation while Davis does nothing to resemble JFK which works in that it makes you wonder Campbell really is Elvis.

Pros |
This films is listed as a Comedy/Horror/Mystery; it does have elements of all three but is not strong at any single genre. It's not a fall out of you chair laughing out loud comedy nor is it a scary nail-biting horror movie. |

Recommendation |
For Bruce Campbell fans this is a no brainer; you'll love the dark, and often adult, humor. The storyline is, if nothing else, original and the two leads do an excellent job in pulling it off. If you're looking for a brain-dead comedy or horror film, this might not be your cup of tea. |
