A female ex-con (Gershon) is doing interior work on an empty apartment. Living next door is a low-level member of the mob (Pantoliano) and his girlfriend (Tilly). The two women become lovers and then conspire to steal over 2.5 million dollars from the mob.

This movie keeps your attention from start to finish. I would equate it to "The Boondock Saints", a movie that never got much if any play in the theaters but one you'll find out about by word of mouth. Tarantino had nothing to do with this film, but if someone told you he did you would have no problem believing them. There's all the elements that most guys like in movies; the mob, lovely ladies, gore, humor, violence, suspense, betrayal and plenty of twists and turns. This one will be on my short list of what to watch when I’ve got some time to kill and the wife isn't around. <g>

The only negative about this movie is if you don't like any or all of the things I mentioned above.

First off, if you have teenage boys in the house you'll want to keep this dvd stored somewhere safe. This movie is for everyone that likes this genre and for those who are attracted to women. There's one scene in this movie that would almost certainly have earned it an X rating.
